The 6 Week Kickstart includes:
☑️An induction session to get started
☑️Up to 3 small group PT sessions per week (so up to 18 sessions total across the 6 weeks)
☑️Access to Styku body / health scans for tracking progress
☑️Plus some bonus sessions like Saturday Shred, Family sessions, and workshops we run through the year - all included.
In terms of session times, we’ve loads of flexibility:
Morning sessions: from 6am to 9:30am
Lunchtime sessions: 12:15pm
Evening sessions: 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm and 7:15pm (Mon–Thu)
Friday evenings: 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm
Saturday mornings: 8am, 9am & 11am

Totally fine. Most of our members start from scratch – we guide you at every step based on your fitness level and ability.
Absolutely. The 6-Week Kickstart is specifically designed for people over 40 who are either new to training or haven’t done it in a while.
You’ll have the option to continue in our small-group training community. Many people do – but there’s no pressure or commitment beyond the 6 weeks.
Our coaches are experienced in adapting training around injuries or limitations. Just let us know and we’ll make sure it’s safe and suitable for you.

Our 6-Week Kickstart is €249. That covers everything – your induction, movement assessment, Styku scans, full health analysis, and 3 small-group PT sessions per week for 6 weeks.
When you compare that to 1:1 personal training – which can cost €60+ per session or €700+ over 6 weeks – our Kickstart offers serious value, with more support and better structure.
Most people who join are in their 40s, 50s, or 60s – but age isn’t a barrier. If you’re over 40 and want to feel better, move better, and get stronger, you’re in the right place.
Not at all. You just need to show up – we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build up safely and confidently over the 6 weeks.
Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water, and be ready to give it a go. We’ll take care of the rest.
We cap sessions at 10 people, so you’ll always get personal coaching and support – without being lost in the crowd.
Each session is 45 minutes. That includes coaching, warm-up, training, and cool-down – all guided by your coach.
We ask that everyone signs up and books their induction session in advance, either through the sign-up link or by phone.If needed, we can arrange a time for you to pop in beforehand to pay – just let us know what works best.
We’ll show you around the gym, explain how the programme works, and go through a short movement assessment.It’s all about making sure you’re clear, confident, and ready before jumping into your first session.
